How much do football trophies mean to Bama fans?

Your coach has actively called for the socialist takeover of our elections. Its not about voting "rights". Its about the communists being able to steal every election. Everyone eligible in this country can vote with ease, and have been able to for decades.
Nick saban is the greatest college football coach that ever lived. Thats great and all. But are the championships worth paying a fricking communist $10+ million a year?
Yall need to figure it out. Its an embarrassment to the state. The highest paid employee of the great state of Alabama is a fricking communist. I expect some of you heavy hitters to do something

He is questioning Bama fans loyalty to Saban after Saban penned a letter to Manchin lobbying for the voting “rights” bill.
Correct board, imo

I learned my lesson to read more than the title before pressing submit

Does Nick Saban recruit a bunch of middle road Alabama fans to the Left here?
I mean, he’s a hell of a recruiter.

That just makes them better Communists. As the self-assumed elites they get most of the trophies while everyone else suffers.

Saban cucks are literally cheering for communism.

it's a disgrace, and an embarrassment to the University and fans.
I guess getting his shite pushed in by Kirby made him realize he needs more fake clout.
And LOL at voting rights bill.

Apparently, this is a grift to keep his cred with his future recruiting classes. According to Manchin, Saban dropped a footnote in the letter which said
"Oh yeah, btw, I do NOT support changing the filibuster rule and wholeheartedly support your opposition to it."

I guarantee most of the players on every team agree with Saban.

I don’t agree with his politics. I strongly agree with his coaching and recruiting skills.

Well they're employees now. They can shut up and dribble

TL/DR: I don't watch anymore. The game has passed me by both on and off the field. I never expected this to happen to me less than 10 years after graduating. (I also know that people will laugh at me for this and probably deservedly so)
I used to watch football because it entertained me and I could in some way relate to the people on the field. Football has changed both on and off the field. You can argue that some changes were for the good of of the game or that they ruined the game, but you can't argue that it's the same anymore.
I find myself unable to relate to anyone in the game or broadcasting anymore and I think the changes made to encourage high scoring games have essentially made the game a glorified relay race. An example is over the middle throws and how they used to be high risk, high reward because of the physicality of the linebackers. It took skill and guts to take on those guys like Hightower. Now, the recievers are as protected as the quarterback. These kids will also soon be making more in their freshman year of college than I will working for 5 or 10 years.
As for the politics, I could live with Saban being a liberal, but I can't live with him advocating for the destruction of the way of life in a state that pays him 12 million a year. No one in Alabama is limiting anyone's right to vote and he knows this, he is just being politically correct and that makes it worse for me for some reason.

Well said. Couldn’t agree more on every point you made.

They like cheating in elections and believe that blacks are incapable of getting an ID?

As a "state" employee, he should shut his mouth on political shite and focus on what he's being paid to do. I hope some big $ boosters send him a message or two.

I bet the only thing Saban actually knows about the bill is it’s name.

1. The letter won't actually accomplish anything but will be seen as support by the black players who believe the crap they hear on tv and in their churches.
2. I guess we could fire Saban and go back to a good conservative like Mike Dubose.
