Dashawn Womack and Zalance heard are ranked as 5 stars in the new 247 rankings. Zalance is our only Composite 5 star in the rankings right now

Imagine if Sampson & Brown were still 5 stars. Could add Ricks and maybe Harbor. Aaron Anderson & Denver Harris transfers. This class could hypothetically bring in 7 players with 5 star talent. Pretty exciting.

I agree, 247 is always biased to Bama. The same player can be a 5 star committed to Bama but if he were to flip to LSU he is dropped to a 4 quick with them

I think they’ll both be composite 5s when On3 does their next update. At least on On3 anyway. I don’t believe 247 honors On3’s rankings

Everyone thinks that Josiah Stewart …the guy from Coastal Carolina …is gonna be BJ Ojulari’s replacement …but I think we got a position battle on our hands

Bama is 2nd per 247—in the composite, they’re number 1 by a country mile. 247 literally rates their class significantly worse than the other services lmfao.
Edit: I shouldn’t be surprised that this board is straight up disinterested in reality. People look at pretty definitive proof that 247 doesn’t have a pro-Bama bias and say “hmm… no, I think I’ll just disregard this. I know 247 is WAY lower than consensus on Bama’s class but that doesn’t matter, they’re still biased in favor of Bama”
