Curious, how accurate are the points if you play against the same exact field every week ?

This seems weird to me. However, if true congrats to the winner....you will get exactly 2 points.

Pretty accurate. The new formulas are pretty good at sizing up a particular event against a global metric.
Think of it the way strokes gained in various categories are being used. The new OWGR formulas are doing something similar so even the same players playing over and over can be compared against all other tours.

PGA tour has 32 top 100 players playing this week & winner gets 42 pts.
DP world tour has 6 top 100 players this week & winner gets 14 pts.
LIV has ~20 top 100 players… you do the math

Nah brah. You gotta look at more than just top players. Depth of field matters - it just does. 20 top 100 playing against the James Piotr of the world makes a difference. If you can’t see it, I can’t help you. I’m not saying they don’t deserve points, but the points should take into account all those factors.
