Do CBD gummies really work?

The package says it helps relax and good for the mind. They dont sell them here but every gas station in Mississippi has them.

CBD flower works way better imo. Those gummies don’t have enough THC, some of which is necessary to get full benefit from the CBD.

THC free CBD can work but it depends on the amount and type of terpenes present. There are over 200 types of known terpenes and they all act a little bit different. Terpenes are always present in CBD derived from flower even if the flower is from THC free hemp. But many crappy CBD products use terpenes found in other plants such as eucalyptus or they chemically process the natural terpenes which then become terpenoids, which you don't want.

Never tried it myself, but I have a friend who vapes CBD and he says it relaxes him a lot. Usually smokes it before bed..

dont know about gummies but good CBD oil (taste like bong water unfortunately) is very effective at relaxing me. I take a 2 ml droppers of the 17mg strength Charlottes Web oil a few times a week in the evening. LINK
