I once walked up on a ball of water moccasins wrestling around on the shore of my in-laws house (they live on a lake). It was straight out of a horror movie and I'm not even scared of snakes.

The one with the 'diamond-ish' markings is close enough to copperheads to get the shovel...I see his head shape but there are too many copperheads around here...
