The report, available here, said Price was arrested Friday (Oct. 4) at the Hyatt Place hotel in Rancho Cordova, about 15 miles east of Sacramento. Authorities said Price, who turned 54 the day before his arrest, was found inside a room with large quantities of suspected heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine. Also inside his room, deputies said, was a 21-year-old woman identified as Brittney Hall of Elk Grove, Calif., who had to be roused awake for her own arrest.
