RIP to one half of the greatest songwriting duo that's ever lived and the founder of the greatest and most influential (even to this day) band of all-time. His musical genius is still underappreciated even to this day.
RIP John.(And save the comments about his personal life/politics. Everyone knows that he was far from perfect.)
This Boy
Rain
In My Life(His best work IMO)
If I Fell In Love With You
Help
ETA: Mark David Chapman can burn in Hell

So if someone you don't agree with gets killed you are happy about it?

Gone way too soon. I wonder what other hits he would have created.

And Dimebag Darrell 19 years ago...

The Beatles have to be the most overrated band of all time.

Yep. He'd be right-of-center in today's political climate.

No, you are an obsessive psychopath

You are an idiot. And have zero respect for the history
Of music.
Of music.

Lemon was not musical greatness. McCartney was the diamond of that band. He carried John. Harrison was the best singer and if he had more chances arguably would have been the best song writer. He was given 2 songs per album and he wrote them solo.

You are a psychopath. I love Pink Floyd as much as you love the Beatles, but I don’t flood a message board with ramblings and hero worship.

Voice wise, I agree. Songwriting wise, I beg to differ. Him and Paul together were magic, but Paul was the better individual writer.

McCartney was the diamond of that band.
Agreed. He's the true king of not only rock but of all of music.

He carried John
In the latter half of the band's run when John was strung out on heroin and banging Yoko, absolutely. But early on, it was John's band. He founded it and carried it for their formative years.

Harrison was the best singer
No. That was Paul. Hands down. He had a 4 octave range.

This can be debated, but you aren't completely off-base. John, Paul, and George Martin never gave him his proper due.
