Woman charged for 2022 traffic death of mom in Tuscaloosa for dorm move-in.

I don't really think the rear brakes or the marijuana caused this. She's just a shitty, aggressive / distracted driver. Frankly, a lot of people from Alabama are. Not sure why.

If she knew that she had bad brakes and still chose to drive recklessly then she needs to have her manslaughter charges upgraded to murder.
