OT doctors, please for the love of God help me

I have a post nasal drip for weeks now. Claritin doesn’t work. Nor does Claritin-D, Allegra, Phenylephrine, Flonase, or Rhinocort. No stuffy nose or anything, just constant drainage.
Benadryl works, but I can’t take it. Nor can I take zyrtec or doxylamine.
Anyone else suffer? What remedies work?
Thanks in advance. I’m ready to end it all if I can’t get relief.

I will trade this excruciating trigger point under my right shoulder blade for that any day of the week. Day 10 of off and on misery.

I have stretches for that. I have the same issue. Like a pinch in my trap or rhomboids
Also I have a pso-rite. Essentially can be used as a deep tissue pressure point massage.
I can nestle it between my spine and scapula and manipulate my arm around to tense and release the muscles in the area and feel the pressure point sink in there.
Dead serious I’ve had such bad pain back there or keeps me up at night. Rolling around on this thing releases everything.
