Let's welcome our newest sponsor, Louisiana Pepper Exchange...their pepper purees are sold to restaurants all over the world, and they’ve launched a game changer for home chefs, grill enthusiasts, and folks just interested in exploring new flavors (and a little heat)! You can buy online or find in store locally - in the produce section, usually near the minced garlic.
Visit Louisiana Pepper Exchange's Online Store
Now, for TigerDroppings fans, they’re giving away a 6-pack of their pepper puree sampler to 10 lucky winners.
Each sampler pack with contain 4oz jars of the following pepper purees: cayenne, chipotle, jalapeño, ghost pepper, red habanero and orange habanero.
To enter the giveaway, simply make a reply in this thread, and we will pick 10 users at random throughout the week. See below.
These ready-to-eat purees are an ingredient, not a sauce, and elevate the flavor and heat of any dish. One spoonful is about one fresh pepper and, unlike pepper powders, keep the full flavor and heat of the pepper without the…risk…that comes with cutting up hot chili peppers (we all have stories we’d rather not remember). You save time and cut waste when you stir in a spoonful to game day faves like guacamole or salsa, or use in marinades for grilled meats or as a way to get great heat and flavor in seafood boils.
Check out their store - store.lapepperexchange.com - now! TigerDroppings users can use discount code TD10 at checkout to save 10%.
Thank you for supporting our sponsors!
Winners:
1. Bullfrog
2. lsubkd
3. taurusjwf
4. PurpleGoldTiger
5. bleeng
6. GeorgeTheGreek
7. LSUsuperfresh
8. BurreauxsTigers
9. liquid rabbit
10. TrueTiger

check out the recipe page here: LINK . These replace pepper powder/cayenne powder and fresh peppers. They're way better than powder because they have the heat AND the flavor of a fresh pepper...b/c that's what they are!...and not some kind of dry, dehydrated stuff that loses a lot of heat during dehydration

I am totally in for this. Pepper purees are the absolute best way to season stewed dishes. Right in time for fall.
