check out the recipe page here: http://www.lapepperexchange.com/recipes. These replace pepper powder/cayenne powder and fresh peppers. They're way better than powder because they have the heat AND the flavor of a fresh pepper...b/c that's what they are!...and not some kind of dry, dehydrated stuff ...

they have a recipe page (http://www.lapepperexchange.com/recipes) - it's used to replace a pepper when you're cooking...basically to keep the flavor and heat but save time and not have to worry about cutting peppers, getting it on your fingers, and then touching your...whatever ;)
