check out the recipe page here: LINK These replace pepper powder/cayenne powder and fresh peppers. They're way better than powder because they have the heat AND the flavor of a fresh pepper...b/c that's what they are!...and not some kind of dry, dehydrated stuff that loses a lot of heat during dehydration
they have a recipe page (LINK - it's used to replace a pepper when you're cooking...basically to keep the flavor and heat but save time and not have to worry about cutting peppers, getting it on your fingers, and then touching your...whatever ;)

Like, use it instead of a jalapeno when you make gaucamole, or add it into a boil (since it's a liquid it blends in better), or put it in ground beef for a burger.
