Rashard Lawrence says “it does get tough” listening to the negativity

BR’s The Advocate - Lawrence further explained, “but we don’t like to complain too much about it”. Orgeron said they shared their feelings about it in the locker room during the season and what to do about it, the decision was, let others talk, in defiance of the odds and the negativity LSU played some good football this season. In doing so Orgeron and LSU players overcame much adversity along the way. It was anything but a meaningless bowl game for both teams, and it showed.
Also in the article, “After going all Rocky Balboa on the Knights, getting up off the canvas and basically sayin,’Is that all you’ve got?’, Burrow had his own parting bon mot for the guys from Orlando.
“They’re a helluva team” the salty signal caller said. “But as far as a physical game, we play in the SEC every week, I’ve played in more physical games, for sure.”
Proud of these LSU Tigers and coaches, everyone should be!

I saw a football player's social media last night and they are well aware of the negative comments that are posted here and other places. They use it as motivation I'm assuming. About 90% of it is undeserved and bullshite but it is what it is. The negative posters think that they are justified in trashing the team and nobody can convince them otherwise.

we've easily got some of the most negative fans I've seen anywhere. It was amazing to see the stuff people directed at Muddbone when KF was having a bad game and then get pissed when guys leave early. There is passionate and then there's classlessness. We aren't ole miss, appreciate your team

The posters shitting on Orgeron are not blasting players. I’ve seen many posters on here that will defend Orgeron to their graves drop some bad commentary on players, though.

It's true. I screenshot the Score Board front page from time to time. If I sent them to the players, half of them would probably want to transfer somewhere they're appreciated.
Some of these "fans" have to be the most miserable sons of bitches on the planet. It's embarrassing.

The only difference between LSU's fan base and any other school's fan base is that Chicken runs a better message board and it's free.
Every school has the same thing on a rate basis. We have a bigger fan base, so we have more of every category. We also have the best free platform out there. And it's more loosely regulated than the paysites because Chicken isn't fighting for program access.

The point was the negatives impact the players. The negatives also impact recruiting.

LSU definitely has a lot of negative spewing posters but if you take the time to read other boards when those teams are in tough situations it is EXACTLY the same crap by the same type “fans”
