It absolutely does for recruiting if nothing else and Jimbo knows it. Don’t worry, TAMU will push and make you beat them by stopping the run. The thing that UGA did to screw up was stop running. Plus they can absolutely stop the run.

This season will be pretty much considered a failure if we lose this game no matter how anyone tries to spin it.

I can't help to think about Saban at Bama year one and him losing to ULM.

Alabama was coming off of NCAA probation that year if I remember correctly. It didn’t take Saban long at all to make Alabama elite.
