I thought this was worth its own thread.
Also 4/10 largest stadiums in the world are SEC football stadiums and 7/10 are American college football stadiums.

Is the NK one really true? And I'm guessing that's not seating capacity.

I'm wondering why the North Koreans need a 150,000 seat stadium.

Might be a stupid question, but why is Penn St.'s stadium called Beaver Stadium?

That listing is incorrect--Tennessee reduced their capacity by 4,000. If LSU adds just a few more seats, then they'll vault to #7 on the list. It's odd that A&M has a larger stadium than LSU now--A&M used to play LSU only in Baton Rouge for years and years because their stadium was so much smaller than LSU's at that time.

They probably fill that thing up when they blackout televised executions in Pyongyang.

NK stadium should not count. they get the seating # by cramming more little bitty butts in tighter.
