Funny, but its not that he is all of a sudden okay with cheating is that he is not okay with certain programs or Coaches Cheating.

This is exactly right. Vitale has no problem with the blue blood programs cheating. He just doesn’t like when upstart programs do the same.
He also never had any problems with his Italian buddies like Patino cheating.
