No.
I'm going to guess that since they are on the field during a game, formed into a block like that and have a Navy/Marine ROTC patch on the left shoulder, that's company E-2. Reveille is probably in the middle of that block.
My unit never did that.
What you would see after a game where A&M wins is the fish (Freshmen in the Corps) run after the yell leaders, tackle them and carry them to fish pond.
