I am assuming that if TAMU did send the letter then they know they are going to the SEC? This whole thing has been a roller coaster ride.

had mixed feelings about this. would have preferred to stay at 12 but the times, they are a changing. so welcome I guess.

The most interesting thing about this is the news broke after the Higher Ed board met this morning..
To me that means that Baylor has some how been paid off in some form.
