I'd say its about 1 out of 10 people I have talked to that actually like the Aggies in the SEC. Most dislike it, others are indifferent.

I agree with this.

But I don't think any blame should be placed on A&M themselves. They tried for the best possible option they could, and they won.

I don't know, blame your school presidents. A&M didn't vote themselves in, the other 12 SEC schools did unanimously.

Just my two cents.

I don't hate A&M.

However, if your joining the conference leads to the end of the UT/Bama rivalry, I may go down to College Station and open fire.

ending the permanent opponents won't end any rivalries. you'll just miss some years. to be honest, you could use some rebuilding time

Yeah, that won't change anything.

well, then you can just replace your annual loss to Bama with an annual loss to someone else

picking on Shula while they were on probation doesn't really count

Then someone needs to let Auburn now.

And I guess UF and Bama can forget their streaks against UT because the roster UT has had recently resembles a team on probation.

We'll see. If he's not producing next year, I'm going to have little confidence.

I doubt it. The situation Kiffin found himself in is extremely rare.

Also, I wouldn't be too stunned if Dooely left for another job if he got the chance, especially if the NCAA cloud continues to hover. He hates Jimmy Cheek.

As far as on the field results, UT's biggest question is coaching. 8-4 would be pretty sad and 7-5 would be disgraceful.

Nah - welcome to the SEC. We'll even let you play with that 12th man for a few years - just to make it fair.

But when was the last time you didn't have coaching issues? or i guess the question is how many years before the end of CPF's tenure did he give up?

We've had coaching issues since the rest of the conference decided to hire better coaches than Fulmer.

Fortunatley, UT has never had a problem recruiting.
