I don't mean to sound racist here, but part of Deion's while thing is trying to bring value to HBCUs. He is a great motivator to young black men. He prides himself on being relatable. His entire persona is absolutely perfect for HBCU culture.

I do think he can do the same thing at a P5 school maybe, but it would have to be the right fit. I could see him going to a school in the South, preferably one in a city with a decent amount of black people.

Nebraska doesn't fit none of these things. A job like GA Tech could make a lot more sense.
