A friend of mine from West Virginia said on the local news they said that a plane was waiting in Alabama to take Rich Rod to Morgantown but was being delayed by the weather. It will be interesting if true.

The last time Rich Rod was delayed in Alabama was because of Rita, LOL. Best thing that happened to Bama was her and we continue to give her a big THANK YOU!

I am not seeing any planes from Alabama scheduled to head to Morgantown. Of course, the airport in Morgantown in shite and WVU uses the airport in Clarksburg WV which is about an hour down the road. This jet flew from Birmingham Alabama to Clarksburg West Virginia last night.

If RR is the coach, here are some bizarre future games that make you wonder about fate, destiny, etc.

2025: Pitt at WVU on 9/13. "9-13" was the score of his epic defeat to Pitt in 2007.

If the Alabama series remains then he will get his chance to coach a game at Tuscaloosa in 2027.

Rich Rod is like the omen of college football. His decisions have impacted multiple schools sometimes without even coaching there.

How many times did a coach returning to his old job work out?

Bill Snyder at KSU is the best example of it working

Petrino at Louisville got Lamar Jackson a Heisman but as far as team results they were pretty average until bottoming out in 2018.

Jury's still out on Greg Schiano at Rutgers but they have at least had 2 winning seasons the last 2 years, it's not like Rutgers has high expectations but it's still not the level he had them at his 1st stint.
