Wow! Thread on Volnation saying O called UT recruits tonight

and offered them spots at USC...
The are calling O and Lane classless dirt bags, scum etc etc....
They still like Monte, but can't believe he is associated with them
That has to be some kind of violation? Dead period is still in effect, no?
Also, some audio clip of O talking to recruits (in background) while Kiffin was telling the team he was leaving..Truly classless guy...we knew this...he is a recruiting machine, but I am actually glad we didn't get him...

Was talking to a friend earlir that lives in Tennessee and said one of their commits said they asked him to go to USC with them. He said he couldn't believe how classless they were and was pissed off about it.

Was reading on GoVols that O was telling the EE's to not go to class so they wouldn't have to sit out a year if they transferred to USC.
Another article stated Kiffin as saying that USC would not go after Vol recruits.
Damn, what some sleazeballs.

If they talked to any recruits, the NCAA should be on their arse. It is a no contact period this week. A quiet period this weekend.

Tennessee's AD doesn't want to get too much NCAA involvement because Kiffen and O have some serious recruiting violations that could sting the Vols that are outstanding.
