Wow. Ok.

The fact that you are shocked shows your idiocy.

Here's your question in more detail...

After hiring a complete and utter failure at HC with the promise of him hiring the best coordinators in the country, would you rather hire a 65 year old nobody TE coach, who has been fired at 2 other schools as OC INSTEAD of hiring a top 10 young OC in the country.

So you are right....WOW

Assuming a "Porsche 911" wants to come here! You all assume, like the HC job.... that people are just lined up and willing to come here! You all are delusional!!!

I agree with that, just not the way you meant it.

Why wouldn't a talented OC want to coach at LSU? Fact is, they would.

Have a little faith and a small amount of patience. A good hire will happen. "In Coach O We Trust"...

If LSU is going after an OC that will only stay one year, then it is a big mistake based on our QB situation.

Our QB may not be the most talented arm we have but you cant replace his experience and understanding of the game. If we are going to be rational about the situation (doesn't happen on this board) Ensminger calling plays in this offence is their best chance of having success next year.

The chances of an OC coming in with a polar opposite offense that would still be suited for Etlings strengths and have success in one year would be slim to none.

Even if the new OC went with a QB more suited for his offense the chances of a QB playing his first year in the SEC and having success is still slim to none.
