What about RR as head coach at LSU? I for one think it would be a great hire!!!

No, not the way that Michigan team looked in the Gator Bowl. It would be the second coming of Dinardo

You really can't use the Gator bowl-too much on their minds. If he would have known he was coming back, maybe more focus on the part of the players. He is a much better coach than Dinardo-he just needed a better defense.

RR will never work for a Michigan man ever again.

Okay I get it....what about Terry Bowden? Smart-good coach, led Auburn to an undefeated season as well and left because of the BS.....could be a dark horse for a big gig!!!

But why would we pass up the opportunity of promoting Crowton to head coach?

If Michigan hires Miles I would be excite about rodriguez. I have to admit it. It would be classic for him to then get us our next national championship. I promise you alleva does not have the balls or power for that call.

Why does this topic come up every day on here? It's absolutely ridiculous! Just like UM is gonna be screwed by having to install a totally new scheme, (unless they get someone that runs a system similar to RR), LSU would be screwed by having to start over. Mettenberger and Rivers would be royally screwed. Dambit, this is a dumb question that's asked every friggin day here...and shot down by rational people who have a clue about the LSU football program...every day.

And just how many points do you think RR's defenses in the SEC would give up?

To be fair, if RR had Chavis in Ann Arbor with him, he'd still be employed. But still, that isn't the (my) point. LSU has situated itself for a totally different style of offense with the players it's recruited, and hiring Rich Rod would set the program back to a rebuilding stage.
