As OC....debatable. Really wouldn't use the strength of LSU recruiting which is RBs and WRs. Most successful LSU offenses have been with a QB who can manage a game and spread the ball around.
As HC....hell no.

It never ceases to amaze me how some people will ignore the facts that are right in front of them even though it has proven to them. For instance everyone on this board and some of the media and fans of the percieved strong confernces for the last ten years have bitched about teams from sub par conferences making it to BCS games and being highly ranked becuase it is a feel good story. WVU, Boise ST., TCU are all in the same group. Rich Rod won at WVU with his gimmicky offense against inferior competition week in and week out. When he took it to a big boy conference he go shelled. Urban Meyer did it but could he have done it without Tebow? Meyer also didn't recruit for a shitty arse 3-3-5 scheme that will get blown to bits by 325 pound O-lineman. RR is not what we need at LSU no way.

I actually think he could be, offensively. The problem would be recruiting, no one would want to come here for a few years because of what happened at UM.

His personnel/offense works in a weak conference like the Big East.

He's a sniveling little pussy and if he even gets an interview for anything other than OC LSU will be f'ed for years.

Exactly who want a coach who cries to keep his job?
