Let me get this straight: you're the defensive coordinator at the University of Florida. Well regarded, but repeatedly passed over for a head coach position, which is what you really want to do. You interview over and over, and finally, you are named a head coach. Then, three weeks later, you're going to resign to become the defensive coordinator at another school?
