That doesn’t sound like Saban. And yes I want Saban. It appears half the fan base is divided bc they think he’s too old. I’d gladly take him just for the story

We don't know. The only guy who seems semi-credible doesn't have any definites, just some likely to happen, nor does he have an exact timeline.
For all the Woodward hate, this is something that started under him and I think Verge or someone connected to this process picked it up and is still keeping a pretty tight lid.

I just wanted to remind some of you that when Nick Saban filled the head coaching vacancy in the 1990s, his name was not listed prominently early on in the process. It took some time before that circulated.
My point is that the name of the next head coach may not be among the main ones you hear the would be serious candidates for it.
