Why would we keep some coaches without having a coach?

This is one thing that bothers me. If we got played by Riley, why would we force coaches on whoever we hire if they are not part of that discussion?

Coaches all have contracts. Why would you fire any of them and pay their buyouts until you know you need to? But most importantly, you need staff to run day to day duties until the new staff is in place. There are still student athletes who you have to be there for.

We could let all the coaches go now and have the players coach themselves in the bowl game as well as try to keep up with recruiting.

LSU actually has a damn coaching staff, OC, RB and maybe DL are the only questionable ones. They are all first year position coaches
