More so than Norvell - yes. More so than others - that's a toss-up. My point is you're willing to take a gamble on a two year young head coach over the guy that showed him the way, to get out of the mediocre doldrums? That doesn't make sense for a floundering program looking for and needing instant success.

Graham had the "job-hopper" reputation for a while. I think that scares big programs because he has never proven he can build and sustain success. Personally I would rather take a chance on Norvell or Morris than chase someone who has basically been average.
