Why not PJ Fleck to the NFL?

He was a WR coach in the NFL before Western Michigan. NFL teams love previous NFL experience. Yeah he's only the head coach of a MAC-team but I think NFL teams are sort of desperate for good young coaching talent. Retreads have been the norm the past 2-3 years. I think a team like the Jaguars or Lions would wise to offer him an interview atleast.

difficult to gain respect from grown men making outrageous amounts of money.

You think his little mottos and pulling diamonds out of cookie jars would motivate nfl players?

He wants to argue against any one not named coach O. Even when it has nothing to do with LSU.
very defensive folks out these days.

Are we really comparing Pete to PJ?

It's not a Fleck thread if MastrShake doesn't show up to shite all over it with his incorrect assumptions and subpar analysis

Waiting for Draconian Sanctions take on this.
'Most people would say he doesn't have QUITE enough to xperience for the NFL but I don't see it that way at all. If you watch his press conferences you can see that there is literally nothing he can't do. Literally. I personally think in the right situation in the NFL he would be a great hire. He's played there, coached there so he knows what it takes. My biggest fear would be that once he wins 3 or so Super Bowls in his first five years he'll get bored and move on to the NBA. Can you imagine pairing PJ Fleck with Lebron?

I think PJ will probably be an NFL coach one day and is smart enough to adjust what he does to that level. he played in the league, he knows what it's all about.

You have. But you knight for O constantly. Just calling it like I see it.

There are players that are older than him on many NFL rosters.
Not to take anything away from him but they would not respect him, he's just too young
