Why no talk of Cutcliffe to Tennessee?

Why haven't I seen much chatter about David Cutcliffe to coach Tennessee? In my opinion, this would give UTK an exponentially greater chance of having Peyton Manning comeback to coach QBs or be an OC sometime in the next 6 years. Cutcliffe is the reason why Peyton chose UTK in the first place, and he works with him regularly during the off-seasons. The guy has recruiting relationships in the area, and think about having Peyton on the recruiting trail one day. What elite QB is going to turn down an opportunity to learn from Peyton?
