He is on record of saying that he doesn’t make these big decisions for money reasons

So I would just offer him a little bit more than he’s making right now

I would tell his agent that we’re not interested in changing the market for coaches with big buyout just not gonna do it

So if you want to coach the Tigers, and then here you go

If you don’t, then stay where you’re at or go to Florida

But I would make it clear that he was the first choice, but this is the offer

Why? If he goes to Florida, he will be recruiting in state vs Miami and Florida St.

LSU has no in state rival and just as many future NFL players.

Review roster history over the past 10 years. LSU has had a better roster every single year with different coaches.

If he wants to move, he comes to LSU because he can get more and better talent here than Florida or Ole Miss.
