Why is Orgeron the third choice?

And why is the search focused on Fisher and Herman as 1a and 1b? A true national search would involve a larger number of candidates, why aren't Chris Peterson and Dabo Swinney on the list if Herman and fisher fall through? Either would be huge upgrades over O or Fedora.

Peterson's dream job was UW. His daughter also has an illness, and the top doctor in the nation for whatever that particular illness is works at the UW hospital.
