I think there has to be some outside distraction that has caused this defense to go this far south. We have had some injuries, Beckwith, Dorsey, Steltz not full speed but we have depth and unless that depth is overrated then to me it has to be that Pelini has allowed himself to be distracted the last two weeks. Look at the teams who have beaten Arkansas this year. This loss was inexcusable with or without McFadden. I believe that this coaching staff laid an egg when it really counted.

you don't fire coordinators who are interviewing for HC jobs

at least if you wanna hire any good DCs in the future

and you also don't fire someone who is going to resign anyway. It's alot cheaper to let him quit.

but i'm pretty sure he'd only get the diff in salary if he took another job, and he's going to be making more
