Because they don't understand that hiring the coach is essentially handing the keys to a 100 million dollar annually business and clearly have never done any serious business dealing due to the fact they think there would be leaks in a matter so fiscally important.

Why is everyone fricking melting so hard over misinformation and dueling rumors? Just go to bed and calm down. Watch Memphis skull drag a demoralized Houston team that knows its coach is gone pecan tomorrow morning, and then wait for it to all play out.

I don't know why a professional search firm wasn't brought in to find a HC... these disaster's always seem to happen.
