In all fairness, it took Richt a decade to finally fire Martinez ... he should have been fired a long time ago.

Agreed, but until this season Richt had enough good will with his fanbase to let him hang on. Like Les, most of that good will is out the window.

Didn't we fire the co-defensive, co-coordinators last year? The rantards memory spans are quite short.

Les let his buddies go out and find other jobs. At this rate Crowton might not be gone until late January when alot of OC's on the market have landed elsewhere.

If he fired them, no one told the public. All we know is that they found jobs elsewhere. And yes, I want it public like a mo-fo.

Good thing they care more about how the timing will affect future performance than they do about you. You think they give a shite what you want?

What are you gonna do? Not buy a ticket to a bowl game you weren't going to go to in the first place? They are going to fire Crowton in the 30 days after the bowl game, for a couple of reasons:
1) Allows GC to find a new job without having the blemish of being fired, a classy thing to do.
2) Allows other offensive coordinators that we are probably speaking with to avoid the spotlight while they are prepping for their bowl games.

It won't affect recruiting, and it won't affect the outcome of the bowl game. Stop being such a baby.
