Greg Schiano's team did some great things. The Raiders always play hard and they start to win some games. Carr is growing everyday in front of our eyes.

The GM is doing great job too. The drafting, off season signing is pretty good.

If I am the Raiders's owner, I will keep the current coaching staff. I will sign Greg Schiano cheap and keep the good thing going.

The move to LA is really a pipedream. LA wants a team before commit building the new stadium. The NFL teams will not move until there is a stadium. So in the foreseeable future, there is no NFL team in LA.

The LA move is just pure talking. If Raiders turns around to be a good team, more realistically Oakland will build the stadium.

What do you think of the points I am making?

If Raiders win the next game or stay close in the next game, my predication is Raiders will sign Greg Schiano.

Are you confusing Tony Sparano with Greg Schiano or do you think they should go hire Greg Schiano? I'm confused

Dan Mullen - has all the things that Oakland needs in a coach. He's an offensive mind, a quarterback teacher, and has experience coming in to an awful program and changing the culture. It would be a roll of the dice and outside the box, but I think he'd do well.

no worry. just want share some ideas.

all of these are bs since we do not control any of the coaching firing and hiring.

if you do not like what i am posting, i will stop posting. this is the only board people are talking about other teams' coaching. this is really a way to waste life

Greg Schiano? For real?

It's bad enough I'm a fan of the Raiders, but that would probably crush my spirits. I couldn't emotionally recover from such a blow.

Managed the cap by overpaying over the hill free agents above market value while letting a quality Left Tackle leave in free agency and sign dogshit instead and giving up countless draft picks for quarterbacks that can't even make the starting lineup for Week 1

The raiders still have the worst roster in the NFL and Mackenzie is the reason why. Two good rookies doesn't change that.

Derek Carr
Latavious Murray
Khalil Mack(might be the best LB in football already)

Raiders are an up and coming team, could be good with the right coach.
