Who was more qualified? Frank Wilson or Orgeron?

I was thinking about this earlier today. If you had to compare the two, who do you think would be a better coach for LSU long term?
I still can't believe we hired Orgeron. Every time I try to get positive and make the best of it, I have another thought like, "Wasn't there anyone worth talking to about this job?"
I really think that Alleva decided on Orgeron before the season started and worked things out to where he was the only logical choice. That is the only thing that makes sense. I think he did it to save money and to have someone that he could control and hold their job over their head. He didn't want someone to come in and run the athletic program. At the end of the day, Alleva sees LSU football as one of many sports and he thinks he is in charge and doesn't want to be challenged.
But, back to the question. Who is more qualified at this point? Frank or O? Because, I bet we could have hired Frank for even cheaper.

I'm not thrilled with CEO getting the permanent gig, but let's be honest.
CEO has had two moderately successful stints with two teams as an interim head coach. He has ~5 years as a head coach. Frank Wilson has 1 season as a head coach.
Frank Wilson isn't ready for the LSU job yet, IMO. If he can be successful for another year or two, however...

I would not even consider an interview for each.
If Bama had these names on a list of candidates I literally would laugh...then cry.
