If he's involved with helping another school in finding a head coach, isn't that hurting LSU?

I could care less if Miles was helping Michigan hire a coach.

It's not like LSU faces Michigan every year. Christ, it's not like LSU and Michigan have ever played.

He's not helping them find a coach...thats stupid...Michigan has never NEVER come out and said we want or wanted Coach Miles to be our head coach...

The only conversation had was between Bill Martin and Miles agent was Sunday morning after the SECCG, and Bill Martin said, that he had Coach Miles in his "pool of candidates" Thats all...Never once said he was our lead candidate, we want Les Miles...etc...

NO ONE AFFILIATED WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN HAS SAID...Coach Miles was or is our lead guy...

Reporters are idiots and there are a lot of Michigan alum/ex players fueling the fire...Coach Miles is doing nothing wrong.

His heart isn't here

I think its too early to tell if his heart isn't here. I'm just beginning to warm up to Miles, so I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm going to assume that Les is only helping his alma mater to find a new coach and is not actually considering taking the Michigan job. Only time will tell, but I'm not ready to rejoin the mayhem that filled this board two weeks ago when everyone thought it was a done deal for Miles to Michigan.

If you think he or someone close to him wasn't talking to Michigan that entire week, wake the hell up.

From what? Where in the hell do you get the idea that every coach, every minute of every day that you are not directly observing them, is actually involved in talks to take another job?

If that's not what you believe actually goes on, then what is different about Miles that makes you think he is, when every single person that would be involved in such a process has flat out stated that it did not happen?

How is "HE" distracting anyone or anything when he's not even talking to the media about it? The media is creating this, not Miles.

Douche minds think alike. Now, go suck each other off and talk about how happy you would be if Miles leaves.

Schiano from Rutgers was given an official offer and he turned it down...

If Miles was "Their guy" and they were going to do everything in their powers to get him, they wouldn't have offered Schiano...

great

I hope he stays.

I love being the most penalized team in the nation and I love holding talent back. I really love playing down to opponents and giving them a shot at winning games they shouldn't be in

I thought I was going to hear something like you deliver pizzas to his house every now and then and over hear him on the phone.
.....but hearing messages from your dog. Pretty good!

I love playing in the NC game.

Would you rather have Pete Carroll, who has more talent than anybody, and had to squeek into the Rose Bowl?

BTW, Florida was among the most penalized teams last year, and they got a crystal football to show for it.

I'll take a coach with a crystal ball who commits to staying at a program any day.
