From a coaching perspective. For me priorities are...

1. Aranda...give this man a raise and extension right MEOW!

2. CEO....Pipe dream I know...but Florida st currently has an Asst. HC (and associate HC whatever that is). Make CEO the asst HC and recruiting coordinator. Give him a couple 100k bump.

3. Dameyune Craig: I think he did good with the WRs and worked with what he had at QB. He is also an asset to our QBs as he played this position in college.

4. Jabbar Juluke: Great recruiter dk much about his RB coaching as he's had 2 of the best RBs in the nation to work with.

5. Austin Thomas: I know he isnt a coach but he needs to be kept at all costs. He does wonders behind the scenes.

6. Corey Raymond: Yes, this is surprising. I believe he is a decent coach and good recruiter but I think there are better technically sound coaches out there which it seems some of our physically talented DBs need.

I hope at the least Jimbo can bring over:

1. Rick Trickett - OL coach

2. Tim Brewster - TE coach and one of the better recruiters in the nation

3. Randy Sanders - Currently QB coach and co-offensive coordinator

most likely Trickett and brewster.

not so sure about sanders. jimbo really does not need him so he could pick somebody else to help with offensive duties.

not sure if he brings jay graham or not. it isn't like we have wilson or porter here anymore. soooooooo...

he may keep craig as he coached him at AU.

god no not Trickett, has anyone seen how atrocious his line is this year?

I'm worried about his decision making if he can't replace him

I think he brings Coley too from UGA.

I've mentioned this in another thread but I believe Aranda will have major influence on how the defensive staff shapes up.

Aranda will be retained, simply because of the guarantees in his contract. Add the fact that he has proven to be one of the best and it's an easy call.

CEO may get some calls to be a head coach, but losing that Florida game may hurt his chances to get the right gig, and not just with LSU. At this stage his pride shouldn't be that big of an issue because the team hasn't lived up to expectations under his watch.

Craig played under Jimbo at Auburn and coached with him at FSU. They talk regularly and I doubt Jimbo would get rid of him, if he were to be named HC.

Jabbar Juluke doesn't have a relationship with Jimbo, so this one may be tricky. Jimbo will need Louisiana/New Orleans area recruiters, so Juluke may be retained simply on his relationships in New Orleans.

Austin Thomas isn't going anywhere, regardless who is hired. Unless Ed O takes a head job somewhere else, then he may push for him to join him. I just don't see him going anywhere right now.

Corey Raymond was vetted by Jimbo on multiple occasions to join his staff at FSU. CR is a great recruiter in Florida, an area Jimbo would likely recruit heavily.

Jimbo will take Rick Trickett with him wherever he goes. Those two are joined at the hip.

Brewster is a strong recruiter and has some familiarity with the Louisiana landscape. He's as curious as anyone as to whether Jimbo will take the job.

Randy Sanders has been the La. area recruiter for FSU for some time. The results haven't been overwhelming, with only Kyle Meyers and Ryan Hoefeld under his belt.

James Coley, WR, Georgia, may be one to watch here. He was the QB coach and OC for Jimbo when they had Winston. He was hired by Jimbo at LSU, as Dwayne Bowe's former HS coach. Coley is one of Florida's top recruiters, if not the top recruiter in the area. He has experience coaching QB's and WR's.

well we might want to cross ever beating bama off our list if he insist on bringing Trickett. You don't beat Bama with a dog shite oline and that is what Trickett produces.

Trickett is a great O-Line coach, they simply don't have the talent right now. In fact, this has been the weak link for some time. Florida produces a ton of prospects, but few quality offensive linemen.

A more interesting question is who would Jimbo get rid of currently on staff at LSU? Would be tough to get rid of any of them with the exception of Grimes/Peveto. Ensminger has done a really good job with offensive production and would hate to see him pushed out, but doesn't appear that he would really have a role on staff.

his oline looked like trash at home vs clemson. I can get a young line looking bad on the road, but not at home.

Its worrying if he is going to marry trickett like les did with Cam. We need coaches that can fire problem areas.

Ensminger can get a desk job or be a so called consultant to help out Austin Thomas' team. He is around 60 and is loyal LSU guy. He will do it if the pay is right.

Hypothetically Trickett and Jimbo would have their first test in securing Deculus. It is possible. Sic Austin Thomas on him to ensure that he committed to the school and not just a particular coach. It will be tough but they can keep Deculus.

Trickett is a solid recruiter. He appeals more to the nasty offensive linemen that enjoy physical football. Recruits speak highly of him.
