Actually, a lot of schools hire search firms to find candidates for other departments besides sports. The upside of that, it puts the onus on the search firm to do proper vetting of the candidates.

Arkansas is going to frick around some more then be lucky to over pay for a coach from Memphis State. That's prob best case.
