Where did Herb Hand end up?

The move confuses me so much. I don't know how he could join those guys after seeing how they undercut the job he wanted. If he had gotten the HC job, Franklin would have been chopping him off at the knees, yet he joined him when the HC (and possibly even OC) jobs didn't materialize. The loss of Hand is the one that hurt me the most (after seeing Franklin show his true side).

Vanderbilt fans have never had to experience their coach winning and leaving (except maybe Fogler years ago and they could have kept him). The way Franklin acted is the way 75% of them act...they recruit on the way out.
Fans love their school...these coaches don't. And they can't. It's not a hobby for them.
