Hanged is only used when discussing an execution. There's no good grammatical reason for it other than old English judges using it and establishing the tradition.

The hit I will take is that I professed my strong belief that Riley was just using LSU interest as leverage against OU. Turns out he was using LSU interest to cover up the talks he was having with USCal, and that part completely caught me off guard.
Whoever the hell is representing Riley played the game masterfully.
