What's the Normal % of a contract an Agent gets?

Ranges anywhere from 2-8 percent I think. Sexton is top in the game so I would guess he's pretty high end

I assume that's paid annually and not as a lump sum. Still, 150k ain't half bad for a residual.

Now consider how many clients he has. His website says his company represents 100 total head coaches and over 50 in FBS. If they average 1 million a year in FBS, hes taking in $1.5 million per year if he takes 3%. Pretty lucrative income over 20 years

Negotiation of the contract = a fee
Management of contract = 1%

For example - my stockbroker manages my account @ 1% commission annually- PERIOD!!!
No fees on trades buying or selling
