Also why Canada never met with these recruits. He's been sent on errands to see guys we were never serious about getting out west. Recruiting trends tell a lot, and he was just supposed to stay out of the way. Canada will not be here next year, that's been a certainty. Briles would be a home run, I still don't believe it'll happen though. Pure pessimism lol.

Right. Russell was his QB when he took over as OC in '15 and was #1 in scoring and total offense.
