QBs w unlimited time to throw with fast arse receivers tgst can get open on any route.

It isn’t rocket science.

I’m pretty sure Arik was more productive as a freshman than any SEC freshman TE in recent history.

Adaptability

Not every QB is going to be Joe Burrow.

This needs to be kept in mind. Rather than shoehorn every QB into Burrow's (GEAUXT) shoes, take advantage of their particular skill set.

Folks, Phil Longo is our guy. As somebody else mentioned in whatever thread on TD, his schemes at Ole Miss gave the Gumpers fits.
Flexible between run/pass and utilizing players strengths. Gilbert (I know, I know...) would be All-American. He could pick OL Coach for his scheme and mentor Ross Calloway as PSG in his system.
Merry Christmas Everybody!

An intelligent QB and receivers with good work ethic will make any OC look good.

Some version of the spread which gives the QB options.

Third down and red zone was where we bogged down and since that was Linehan's piece, well, glad that guy is gone, although I thought the hire was suspect to begin with; seemed like subtraction by addition.

If you can’t

1. Design your own playbook
2. Call third Downs
3. Call redzone plays

You don’t need to be OC
