If Alleva is in charge it will be Aranda, and i am OK with that. You know he won't conduct a search and just promote Aranda.

Im with you man, but i fully believe he survives this O debacle. He's a slippery little frick, and if baseball, basketball, gymnastics are all producing money the BOS may let him stay and try to fix the football mess he created.
I get football is the big money maker here, but i just have a bad feeling he gets the opportunity to make a new HC hire. Just like he got to make a new bbal hire.

Aranda is probably better than most of the hires they could make, and he would be a lot better than O. At least him being one of the best defensive mind out there gives him value.

Yes and i trust in his ability to evaluate top offenses and offensive coaches. If they give him the type of money they gave O for assistants he could put together a great set of coaches, i think.
