Maybe I just worry too much, but I never heard him say anything that wasn't "coach-speak" and could have a few different interpretations.

I'd love to hear him say "I will not coack Michigan next year".

SAD...Very SAD!
This is what a world full of Nick Saban's and Bill Clinton's will get you!

"depends on what your meaning of "IS", is..."

Les has given his word...No ifs ands or buts...

Only question left is whether it's worth what we think it is, or not!

From LSUSports.net

quote:

Q: We're on the floor of the Georgia Dome with LSU head coach Les Miles. Coach, let's get it over with one last time. You are the head football coach at LSU right now. You will be the head football coach at next season. Right or wrong?

Les Miles: "Absolutely. I'm staying at LSU. This is a place I want to be. This is a place my family is very comforatable. This school has everything. It has an opportunity at victory and competing at the highest level. Personally, professionally, socially, we have friends here. I respect the young men that I coach. Anybody that I have signed, when I tell them I am going to be here, I was sincere. I'm the head coach at LSU and I'm going to be the head coach at LSU."

Not quite "I will not coach in Michigan" but he did say he was going to Michigan before he said "I'm Home" after the SECCG game press conference.

In Saban speak Miles has now said "He will not be the next Michigan coach". I hope he means it.

That's right. He said he would be the coach at LSU next year, that includes the NC game. So you're right he did leave it open. :beatdeadhorse:
