This coaching hire decision is not just Woodward's, but president Tate's as well. I trust Woodward will want to make the most sensible, bias-free hire possible, but I can not say the same for Tate. Tate wants a good hire as well, but he wants a diversity hire more than anything, he will frick this up.

I would imagine that in this day and age, any school president is involved in the search for a new football head coach at a major university.

Before any woke dipshits get started I'm not saying we should exclude anyone, just pick the best available coach and not give extra points for skin color
