All of those you named would be serious upgrades. You will see just how good les is when he gets to Michigan. We are lucky to be getting rid of him before he sunk our ship. He is not leaving the cupboard as full as he found it.

Just check the NFL draft for three years (starting next year). There will be a talent dropoff

TT is a downgrade. He has had good talent at AU for 9 years and only twice lost less than 3 games. Only one SEC Championship. If we win today NS and LM give us 3 in that same period.

I don't get the attraction to Del Rio and TT. Their resumes are not any better than a dozen or so coaches out there.

I also don't get the obsession with the big name coach. Let's look at recent NC coaches:

Meyer
Tressel
Saban
Coker
Carroll

With the exception of Carroll none of these guys were big time before they were hired by their schools. I think we need to be careful with this hire and get the best coach, not the most famous.
