At this point, my two year old could recruit Louisiana high school players to come to play at LSU.
Is there a bigger non-issue, when it comes to picking a coach?

Everyone loves a winner, so in general I agree, but whoever the new coach is needs to have NFL credibility. The top kids will come here for 2 things, a shot a title and getting drafted.

That's right "HE" and Mike Acher went into Texas and got bad player and let Louisiana kids go elsewhere ie.
FSU Neb. ND TN. SDST. High School coaches had their kids leave the state. That caused the problems in the 1990's, along with Joe Dean being cheap.

Terry Bowden. He read a book about recruiting and knows all about it. He could probably get it right this time. He deserves a chance
